She resides in Boiling Springs. Pam Isaacs has been named Client Relations Manager for Personnel Services, Inc. in Cleveland and Gasdton County. A Cleveland County native, Isaacs is a graduate of Crest High School and Gardner- Webb University. She has many years experience in sales and marketing in the Cleveland County area. She serves on the Shelby City Park Carrousel Board and attends Christ Covenant Church. She and her hus- band Brinkley Isaacs reside in Shelby. JoAnn Cabaniss of Coldwell Banker Horn Real Estate has been named Cleveland County Board of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year. The ribbon cutting ceremony for the official Grand Opening of Carley Family Care was held at 3 pm on March 24th at the doctor's office on Kings Street. Cabaniss is a native of Cleveland County. She and her husband of 50 years, M.D. Cabaniss, have three children and four grandchil- dren. Cabaniss has been in real estate for 38 years, including 28 years with Coldwell Banker Horn Real Estate. David Spangler and Phil Cooper have joined Coldwell Banker Horn Real Estate as full time Broker working out of the Shelby Office. Prior to joining Horn Real Estate Spangler and Cooper met the North Carolina real estate licensing require- ments. They are graduates of JY Monk Real Estate School. Spangler is a graduate of NC State University and Cooper graduated from Crest High School and com- pleted six years at Cleveland Community College.
