The world knew her as Faye Childers Lovelace and our fami- ly knew her by other names as well: wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great- grandmother, sister and Christian friend. Our family would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks for the many expressions of kindness shown to us during Faye’s sickness and sympathy at her home going. To all the staff of North Station of Kings Mountain Hospital and to Dr. C.S. Okonkwo for giving Faye some of the best health care she could have received during the last three years she spent in Kings Mountain. All of you meant a lot to her because she knew you cared. We thank you. To the staff and all shifts of halls one and two at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. We owe a huge debt of gratitude. Each of the four times Faye was there she was treated with kind- ness and respect. She loved everyone she met and those who met her returned that love. Our heartfelt thanks for all your ten- der care and compassion. May God richly bless you. May He continue to help you as you min- ister to those who can’t care for themselves. Your compassion to our family during this difficult time was very much appreciat- ed. We especially want to thank the members of Faith Baptist Church, David Baptist Church, Oak View Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Kings Mountain, Pineville Church of the Nazarene and their pastors for visits, calls, cards, food, flow- ers and prayers.
