Mountain and S. Cansler streets. The signal lights were not working because of a power outage. A passenger in the Hunt vehicle was transported by Cleveland County EMS to the hospital for treatment of injuries. There was $3,200 damage to the Hunt vehicle and $9,000 damage to the Hudson vehicle. Colt Allman, 16, Press Sweezy Rd., possession of marijuana up ° to one-half ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,000 bond. John Brown, 37, York Rd., felony possession of schedule VI substance, $2,500 secured bond. Kenneth Glover, 40, Stetson Dr., second degree trespassing, $2,000 secured bond. Stephanie Floyd, 22, Gastonia, second degree tres- passing, $2,000 secured bond. INCIDENTS A resident of Shelby and a resident of Maceysville, Ga reported damage to tires and rims on a vehicle at a service station on US 74. Total damage was $800. Dollar. Tree, E. King St, reported concealment of goods. Food Lion, E. King St., and an employee of Food Lion, report- ed larceny of medicine, air freshener, two brake lights from a vehicle, a power inverter, two wrench sets, black ice, and locks, total value approximately $190. A resident of Charles St. reported that someone threw a ..rock and damaged the wind- shield of her vehicle.
