Kielson and the CIT will speak with chamber leaders and town representatives in the future. He says, “We would like participa- tion from all towns of the county as well as commercial interests so that when we come to complete a plan all the municipalities in the county (will be) happy with (it).” CIT is in the process of solicit- ing input from people signed David onto working with them and someone at the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce. “We anticipate a variety of proj- ects, but which will be needed first is difficult to address,” Kielson stated. “The CIP is an important part of getting projects into the TIP.” But the project is long range as Kielson predicts that the process will take 20-30 years. Hope for transportation improvements, once prioritized, still have to move into the TIP portion (Transportation Improvement Program). Until plans reach the funded portion of TIP, construc- tion doesn’t start. David Kielson states of its importance, “As far as jobs go, good roads are considered impor- tant for attracting good business- ” es. Biggerstaff graduates Army Infantry School Army Pvt. George W.
