Deaton, 47, of 1839 S. Battleground Ave., Kings Mountain, is being sought by Shelby Police for two break-ins that occurred:on Jan. 26. Police have also is- sued an arrest warrant for 29-year-old David Lee Re- nardo Gilmore, of 207 Freshwater Drive, Shelby. Both men are charged with felonious breaking and entering, felony larceny, possession of stolen prop- erty and injury to real prop- erty. According to Shelby Po- lice, suspects gained access to Western Carolina Supply Co., at 2245 Kings Road in Shelby, by cutting a chain link fence and stole an as- sortment of tools valued at over $600.
