I have served on the City Council for 10 years during which time I have voted for NO tax increases nor rate increases. I still believe that the City can operate without in- creases, but wasteful spending must be eliminated. What Priorities do we bring to manage the hard de- cisions and changes caused by the downturn? I have spent approximately $300 for this campaign. I simply don’t believe in wasteful spending at home or in the City Government. However, my opponent is spending folds of money on billboards, paper, TV, yard signs, etc. If my opponent is elected will he not spend your tax dollars carelessly? Please join me in this Campaign of Service as we plan for tomorrow. If you like what I have done in my 10 years on City Council then vote for me, Jerry Mullinax, November 3rd. If not, vote for my opponent. When one votes for someone to serve their commu- nity this implies the voter trusts the character and principles of the candidate.
