Photo by LIB STEWART Letters to the editor America needs to pray _ Letter to the Editor: My heart is broken. Our current president and con- gress are taking one more step to invite the wrath of God upon our nation. With the passage of the repeal of “Don’t ask, don’t tell” Amer- ica legalizes yet another sin. What’s next? If we say its OK to mur- der babies in their mother’s womb and for men and women to behave in a way that God forbids, what’s next? Will we soon legalize murder of anykind? All sorts of drug use? Robbery? Adul- tery? Who is going to draw the line? ’ God has already done so and to disregard His Word is to invite His just wrath. Per- haps our greatest terrorist threat is not from other radi- cal religious sects, but from those of us who claim to be Christians, thumbing our noses at our God. Don’t bother singing “God, Bless America” next year. He can’t and won’t bless blatant disobedience and mockery of His precious infallible Word. America needs to repent and pray for His mercy. Rev.
