The tournament organiz- ers - Stoney and Peggy Jackson, Pastor ahd Mrs. Robert Eng and Becky Lineberger, director of the Kings Mountain Crisis Ministry - said they appre- ciated the golfers and spon- sors. for making the tournament a huge success. All proceeds will be used by the Crisis Ministry to assist people in the Kings Mountain area in crisis situ- ations, including helping pay utilities, rent, medicine, food, clothes, gasoline, baby food, baby formula, baby diapers, Depends, transient situations and other referrals. The Crisis Ministry is sponsored by the Kings Mountain Ministerial Asso- ciation and is ruled and governed by a board of di- rectors consisting of inter- faith ministers ~~ and community leaders. Rev. Eng, pastor of New _ Life Family Worship Cen- ter, said the generous con- tributions from golfers, contributors and sponsors have made the five tourna- ments a tremendous suc- cess. Previously, funds were used to build churches and Bible colleges in Africa. “Together, we are fur- thering the work of God’s: kingdom,” Rev.
