Candidates for Question #1: Name your Top 3 Priorities if elected - be specific | 1 — Economic Development — | § intend to fight for jobs and con- tinue the progress we made in 2011 and 2012. | plan to help cut more taxes, cut more wasteful op government spending, fight illegal [28 immigration, protect North Car- olinians from the individual man- date in Obamacare, increase funding for transportation and other infrastructure and focus on energy security. 2 — Education — We had a great session for education and | plan to continue to fund education in the classroom, not the bureaucracy in Raleigh; I also plan to monitor the implementation of the laws we passed. | voted for the Safe Students Act; this act generally requires proof of age when enrolling a student for the first time.
