contained in that certain Deed of Trust ex-
ecuted by CHURCH LANDSCAPE AND
LAWN MAINTENANCE, described above, in
the Cleveland County Public Registry; de-
fault having been made in the payment of
the indebtedness thereby secured and the
said Deed of Trust being by the terms
thereof subject to foreclosure; and the
holder of the indebtedness thereby se-

aforesaid 67.307 acre tract is conveyed
subject to a perpetual non-exclusive ease-
ment 30 feet in width which extends from
the center of Rehobeth Church Road to
the Northeast corner of the 5.00 acre tract
conveyed to Donald and Margaret Church
