All items are donated to the Crisis Ministry of Kings Mountain. 4 Hospice Hospice Cleveland County has become a national partner with the “We Honor Veter- ans” program, according to Patti Ellis Mc- Murry, Vice-President of Access. The program is a pioneering campaign developed by the National Hospice and Pal- liative Care Organization in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs. McMurray said that Hospice Cleveland County will implement Veteran-centered ed- ucation for its staff and volunteers to help im- prove the care they provide for veterans they proudly serve. All hospices are serving vet- erans but the new program makes them more aware of that person’s service in the Armed Forces.
