NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Kings Mountain City Council
will conduct a public hearing, in accor-
dance with G.S. 158-7.1, to solicit com-
ments regarding the industrial incentive
grants being proposed for an economic
development project.
The City of Kings Mountain City Council,
subject to public comment at the public
hearing for which the notice is hereby
given, proposes to officially offer to In-
focrossing, Inc.industrial incentive grants.
The grants are being offered for the cre-
ation of new full-time permanent em-
ployment positions and an anticipated
taxable investment in machine and
equipment. The investment and job cre-
ation is to take place at 140 Riverside
Court.
The public hearing, on the City’s pro-
posed official offering of the aforemen-
tioned industrial incentive grants, will be
held in the City Council Chamber, located
in the City of Kings Mountain City Hall,
101 West Gold Street, Kings Mountain,
North Carolina, July 30,2013 at 6:00 p.m.
At this time, the general public will have
an opportunity to make comments re-
garding the proposed official offering of
the industrial incentive grants to In-
focrossing, Inc. for their economic devel-
opment project.
