Blanton Loving wife, mother, friend KINGS MOUNTAN - Sherry Kay Bush Blanton, 60, of Kings Mountain, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. She was born on Septem- 3 ber 30, Ethel Carroll Bush. Sherry was a selfless wife, compassionate sister, hardworking friend, loving grandmother and under- standing mother. She was the most important solid rock that held our walls together. She will be eternally held in our hearts. Sherry is survived by her husband of 34 years, Danny Blanton; daughters, Rita Cunningham of Golden, MS, Trina Henderson and hus- band Gary and April Morales and husband, Ed- uardo, all of Kings Moun- tain; brothers, Roger Bush and wife, Diane of Spartan- _ burg, SC, Texter Bush of Shelby, and: Earl Bush and wife, Diane, of Bowling Green, FL; sisters, Cindy Woodward and husband, Richard of Kings Mountain, Kathy Bush and Bob Burton of Clover, SC, and: sister-in- law, Margaret Bush of Blacksburg, SC; grandchil- dren, Megan Cunningham of Golden, MS, Zachery and Matthew Belk and Saman- tha, Melissa and Sierra Mor- rison, all of Kings Mountain, and Nicholas and Mason Henderson. In addition: to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Bush and sister-in-law, Faye Bush. While there they painted houses, built handicap ramps, cleaned up storm damage at an area elementary school and painted hallways at a local high school. - The youth hold fundraisers throughout the year to attend the camp.
