Wells loved cooking and sewing KINGS MOUNTAIN — Jencie B. “Jenny” Burleson Wells, 81, resident of Kings Mountain, NC, went to be with the Lord on No- vember 24, 2014 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. She was born in McDowell County to the late Herbert W. Burleson and Viola Thomas Burleson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Wood- row Wells. A member of Second Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, she retired from Clevemont Mills. She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed sewing and cooking. She dearly loved all of her family and friends. Surviving are her son, Paul Dean Etters and wife, Linda, Science Hills, KY; daughters, Rebecca “Becky” Patterson and hus- band, Hal, Chris Mosteller, Gloria Pauley and husband, Harlen, all of Earl, NC, and Mary Coning and husband, Jeff, Cherryville; brothers, Hubert Burleson and Don- ald Burleson, both of Mar- ion; 12 grandchildren and The Kings Mountain Herald | www.kmherald.com 12 great-grandchildren.
