John William raised these funds in memory of his infant sister who passed away eight years ago, before she was born. John William is the son of Keith and Kim Eagle of Kings Mountain. John William is pictured presenting the funds to Sarah Richardson, Associate Development Officer at Levine Children's Hospital. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. Gene Doug- las Harris, formerly of Kings Mountain, and Mrs. Carol Todd Harris, both of Isle of Palms, SC. She is also the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Craig Todd, Sr. of Kingstree, SC. The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Anthony Coo- per of Lake Norman, NC and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Clay Bolick, Sr. of Morganton, NC. Miss Harris is a graduate of Academic Magnet High School of North Charleston, SC. She received a B.A. in Public Relations at the Uni- versity of South Carolina and is currently employed by Collabera, Inc. of Charlotte, NC as an Account Executive. Mr. Cooper is a gradu- ate of Fred T. Foard High School in Newton, NC and received a B.A. in Interna- tional Studies from the Uni- versity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Car- olina at Charlotte and is a Certified Public Accountant for Grant Thornton, LLP of Charlotte, NC. The wedding is planned for June 6, 2015 at St. Mi- chael’s Episcopal Church of Charleston, SC. Students from 14 county elementary and intermediate schools will conduct all-day rehearsals on Friday, March 27, at B. N. Barnes Auditorium in preparation for a free con- cert on Saturday, March 28, at 6:30 p.m. at Barnes Auditorium on the KMHS campus.
