Mr. Harris was the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. An drew Jackson Harris. Surviving Is his wife; Mrs. Pearlie Willard Harris. Three sons, Andy J. Har ris of Charlotte; Philip Har ris of Grover; John Harris of Gastonia. One daughter, Mrs. Diane Hawldns of Kings Mountain. Six brothers; Jule Harris of Ranlo; Claude Harris of Cherryvllle; Clyde Harris of Landrom, S.C.; John Henry Harris of Wisconsin; Arthy Harris of Rutherfordton. Funeral services were Sun day at 3:30 P.M. at the Faith Baptist Church. Conducting the services was Rev. Rob Hicklin. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. Mr. Harris was a native of Rutherfordton. BOWEN Roger Dale Bowen, age 22 of Rt. 2, Kings Mountain, died Oct. 1, at 5;IS P.M. at Rt 2 under a Trailer. Cause was accidentlal ElectrucUon. He was employed at Rich- sons Mobile Home in She- ardi >Ue was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Cynes Loren Bowen. He is also survived by; his wife ; Marjorie Nanette tl Pearson Bowen. One son; Thomas Dale Bowen. Two sisters; Mrs. Dou glas W. Moss, Kings Mtn., Kathy Bowen, Kings Mtn. He was a member of West- over Baptist Church. He graduated from K.M.H.S. in 1966. He was a Vietnam Veteran, and he served in Germany while he was in the Army. Funeral services were at Westover Baptist Church, Sunday at 4:00 P.M. Services were conducted by Rev. Archie Chapman and Rev. Floyd WUlls. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. One brother: Yolanda Cobb. One sister; Sandra Lee Cobb. Grndparents; Mr. & Mrs. Fred Sanders, Kings Mtn. Mr. Si Mrs. Dewitt Cobb, Kings Mtn. Grave Side Services were held Sunday at 5:30, Oct. 29. Serviced were conducted by Rev. Robert Mann, and Archie Chapman. Burial was in Mountain Rest Cemetery. DIXON George Rush Dixon, age 8S, of Rt. 3, Kings Mtn., died Oct. 2 at 12:40 A.M. at Kings Mountain Hospital alter sev eral months illness. He was a retired General Manager at Bennett Brick Co. in Kings Mtn. He was the son of the late Mr. Si Mrs. William Dixon. Surviving are his wife; Maggie Blalock Dixon. One son, Roy Dixon, Dal las N.C. One daughter, Mrs. Frank Mackin, Jr., Baltimore Md. Two brothers; Ernest Dix on of Kings Mtn. T.B. Dix on of Dallas N.C. One sister; Mrs. Lola Bridgeman of Kings Mtn. Five grandchllcren and 2 gread grandchildren. He was a member of Beth lehem Baptist Church. Burial was in the Beth lehem Baptist Church on Sun day at 4 P.M. Services were conducted by Rev.
