Finger said the tape had various industrial uses. The manager reported the Kings Mountain end of Lambeth had been in operation some 23 years and employed 35 local residents. “We aided the employes in finding new jobs”. Finger said. Finger added the Lambeth Rope Co. in New Bedford, Mass., concerned with the rope manufacturing, will now expand to concentrate more on rope. He said Lambeth will be getting out of the tape end altogether. As of present. Finger said he was unsure as to what plans he has fol- the future. He is currently involved in the selling of the machinery and fi building and said he would “just have to see what the future has in store.” OR ELECT.
