foilowing:
(1) Educational Equipment
Work,
The work consists of
equipment for a new Junior
High School and additions to
two Elementary Schools. The
-equipment for the projects
wili be bid in a single com-
' bined bid.
. Proposais must be on the
' standard form provided by the
- Architect and must be in
'.accordance with the Public
School Laws of North
'Carolina. All contracts and
work shall be in accordance
with the AIA General Con
ditions.

Carolina.
A deposit of $25.00 wili be
required for a complete set of
Contract plans and
specifications. The deposit
will be returned upon receipt
f da bid and return of the plans
and specifications in good
conditions within 10 days from
the date the contract is
awarded.
Each proposal shall be
accompanied by a certified
check drawn on some bank or
trust company insured by the
Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation in an amount
equal to 5 percent of the gross
amount of the proposal. In lieu
thereof, such Bidder may file
a bid bond executed in ac
cordance with and conditioned
as prescribed by G.S. 143-129
as amended The deposit shall
be retained if the successful
Bidder fails to execute the
'' Contract within 10 days after
me award or fails to give
satisfactory surety bond as
required by the contract
documents.
No Bidder may withdraw
