Cansler Street. 4-10-27 NOTICE OF PUBUC HEARING In order to help promote the public health, safety, and wel fare, the Kings Mountain Board of Commissioners is considering the adoption of an ordinance establishing new extraterritorial jurisdiction boundaries that will allow the City to adopt, administer, and enforce zoning and subdivi sion regulation ordinances, building and minimum housing standard codes and other related measures within an area surrounding Kings Mountain, but extending not more than one (1) mile beyond the corporate limits. Thus, in conformance with Chapter 160A, Article 19 of the North Carolina General Statutes the Kings Mountain Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing cpiceming the adoption of this proposed ordi nance at 7:30 p. m., April 28, 1975, at City Hall. Klepper took a penalty stroke, teed up again and hit the ball in the hole. Thus, this count: One for out of bounds, two for the penalty, and three in the cup. Entry fee is $25 and that will include green fees, two meal tickets and cme practice round the week prior to the tournament. Rental carts will also be available at an additional fee.
