The family Is planning a reunion "to share that love with others” on Aug. I2th at Lake Crawford, site five, at Kings Mountain Battleground. The Sunday morning worship service will begin at 10:80 a.m. where the Clan “will thank God for all oyir blessings for the past two years”. Ed Early will give the opening prayer. Rev. Tom Early and his family will render special music and the group will join In singing "When the Roll Is CaUed Up Yonder”. Rev. Lloyd Early Rev. Harold Johnson will deliver short messages and Louise Johnson will pronounce the benediction. Picnic lunch will be q>read at 12 noon and all Mends and relatives are Invited to join In the day's activities. Seven aunts of Miss Martha Ann Stone, brlde- elect, entertained Saturday at a noon bridesmaids luncheon for Miss Stone and her wed ding attendants. Mr. and Mrs. Menzell Phifer were hosts to the 20 guests at their home on Shelby Road. As guests arrived, tomato juice was served and they found their places at five tables suranged In the wedding colors of mint green and white. The bride-to-be’s place was marked by a bouquet of daisies which she pinned to the shoulder of her sun dress. Luncheon tables were overlaid with white damask cloths and cen tered with miniature arrangements of dadsles, baby’s breath and greenery In crystal holders. Arrangements of summer flowers were used throughout the home. Mint green napkin rings marked the places of guests. Assisting In serving were Mrs. Walter Ware, Mrs. Buford Ward, Mrs. Jack Ware, Mrs. Bobby Ware, Mrs. Bobby Webster and Mrs. Mike Ware, all aunts of the bride-to-be. Present as special guests were the bride-to-be’s mother, Mrs. W.F. Stone, Jr., her grandmother, Mrs. Frank C. Ware, and her future mother-in-law, Mrs. George P. Mitchell, Sr. of Greenville, S.C., her great- aunt, Mrs. J.W. Watterson, and her aunt, Mrs. A.T. DeBruler, Jr. Miss Stone took the occasion to present gifts to her wedding attendants. Miss Stone and Pat Mitchell were married Saturday In Oak Grove Baptist Church. Miss Martha Stone, whose wedding to Pat Mitchell took place Saturday, was honored July 21 at a dinner party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rick Falls at their home on Belmar Drive In Gastonia. Entertaining together were Mr. and Mrs. Giles Beal, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Falls and Miss Alta Chester. The 36 guests enjoyed party pickups and a buffet style dinner. Present as out-of-town guests were Mrs. George P.
