The project is expected to be advertised for bids the weekend of Nov. 8 and contract is ex pected to be awarded in December with groundbreaking scheduled thereafter. The FHA loan will be paid back over a 30 year period from future hospital revenues, accor ding to KM Hospital Ad ministrator Grady Howard.
