The contest is open to everyone except employes of the Herald
and their immediate families.
Only one entry per person.
No typewritten entries will be accepted.
All entries must be received by noon on Fridays. You may mail
your entry to the Herald, P.O. Box 752, Kings Mountain, 28086,
or you may bring it by our office.
In case of a tie, the tie-breaker will decide the winner. If a win
ner cannot be decided by the tie-breaking method, the $75 prize
money will be divided if no more than two persons tie. A drawing
will d^ide the winner if more than two persons tie.
The decision of the judges will be final.
