Phone Bill
Has New Look
“Starting this month, your
telephone bell has a new look,”
said T.M. Graham, District
Manager.
Not only is the appearance dif
ferent, the new statement
presents you with a more
descriptive and easier-to-
understand information about
your monthly charges.
Many unnecessary details
have been eliminated.
Separate pages make it possi
ble to provide more detailed in
formation about individual
charges.
Explanatory information,
previously printed on the back of
the bill, now appears on the
front of the appropriate F>age.
Words have replaced symbols
and codes for better understan
ding.
Readability has been increas
ed by using easier-to-read type
and a simplified format.
