No bid shall be considered or accepted by the City of Kings Mountain unless at the time of 'its filing, the same shall be ac companied by a deposit of cash or certified check on some bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Cor poration in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5*?o) of the proposal. The Kings Mountain town meeting will be held in April. Mauney Memorial Library will present a slide and picture pro gram on how it helps youth, ag ing and other programs in the % community.
