Annual Decorating Contest
Brings Christmas Spirit To
Kings Mountain Hospital

Patients and visitors to Kings
Mountain Hospital are enjoying
a brighter holiday season
because of the spirit generated
through the hospital staffs an
nual decorating contest.
Each Christmas season, the
hospital departments and nurs
ing stations decorate their areas
and they are judged and prizes
given to top two winners. Judges
this year were members of one of
Kings Mountain’s garden clubs.
The decorations were judged
for their originality, creativity,
color scheme and materials used.
First place honors went to the
Labraiory. Its employees receiv
ed an engraved plaque and a box
of mixed fruit.
Second place was the business
office. Its employees received a
bt)x of mixed fruit.

and Delivery Room, North Sta
tion, West Station, Dietary
Department, Radiology Depart
ment and East Station.

day at the American Legion. A
traditional feast was catered by
Mrs. Hildreath Sherrer and
following the meal, employees,
members of the Board of
Trustees, Medical Staff and
guests danced to the music of the
Howell Brothers Band of Cher-
ryville.
