Mae Burris was presented a silver tray. She works on the third floor of the hospital. Ms. Burris is the daughter of the late Esker Burris and Mary Burris Jones of Kings Mountain. She is a graduate of Compact High School and the Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing in Charlotte. She joined the Randolph Hospital nursing staff in September of 1950. / / ^Toy Bolton Graduates Seminary O-J i WAKE FOREST, N.C.—Toy Steven Bolton of Gastonia has completed the requirements for graduation from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary here, and was awarded the Master of Divinity degree at Commencement exercises on December 19. Bolton, the son of Toy Bolton, Jr. of Blacksburg, S.C. and Mrs. Janice l,edford of Shelby is a graduate of Hunter Huss High School and Gardner-Webb Col lege. Bolton, is married to the former Linda Anette Turner of Gastonia. Thursday Book Club Has Meeting The Thur.sday Afternoon Book Club celebrated the holi day season Thursday at noon with its annual Christmas lun cheon at the home of Mrs. George Thomasson on Phifer Road. Seventeen members were pre sent to enjoy the festive occa sion. The Thomasson home was seasonally-decorated throughout with greenery, candles and wreaths. Members served themselves and were seated in the dining room and den. Table decorations included greenery, hurricane globes and Christmas placemats. After the luncheon, members exchanged gifts and wished each other a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. YEAR-END DIVIDEND The Board of Directors of Foote Mineral Company today declared a year-end dividend of 20 cents per share on the Con|- pany’s common stock, payable December 31, 1981 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 1981.
