Four Girls Winners
In K‘7 Talent Show

Mounain Kiwanis Club Talent
Show for grades kindergarten
through seven Thursday at B.N.
Barnes Auditorium.
Catherine won the K-first
grade division with a song “I’m
A Little Puppet.” Rodney
Brown took second place with

The Kings Mountain High

reunion June 26 at the Holiday
Inn. A social hour will begin at
6:30 and dinner will be served at

the song ‘Tree Song.”
Anissa took the fourth-fifth
grade division with a piano solo
“Great Smokey Mountains.” Se
cond place went to Tiffany
Ramsey, who sang “Somewhere
Over The Rainbow”, and third
went to Eric Ross, who played
“Home Sweet Home” on the
harmonica.
Jennifer danced to “Let’s
Groove” to win the sixth-
seventh grade division. Terry
and Steve Edmondson won se
cond place with the guitar duet
“Ghost Riders in the Sky” and
Kenney Potter took third wiht
the song “Pac Man Fever.”

Office of the Adjutant General
and the 3286th US Army
Reserve School at the North
Carolina National Guard
Military Academy, Fort Bragg,
North Carolina.
The course consisted of five
weekends of training in many
areas, such as. Personnel
Management, Radio-Telephone
Procedures, Land Navigation,
Training to Lead, and Issuing
Platoon Orders.
SFC Melton is a member of
Company B (-), 505ih Engineer
Battalion of the North Carolina
Army National Guard in Kings
Mountain.

Over 100 kindergarten
students from Bethware School
toured the Kings Mountain Post
Office last Wednesday, then
returned to school and wrote let
ters and drew pictures for
Postmaster Fred Weaver.
