Although construction of docks at Atlan
tic and Ocracoke for ferry landing, is g0—
ing toward completion, the ferry itself is
held up in Baltimore, the reason being the
steel strike. Therefore the hoped-for

difference needed for the on-Island price

as we all know, and the paper has to bear

businessmen of Norfolk,Va.,and West Palm
Beach,Florida, and founders of the Sea
Level Community Hospital. They are Dan E.
