It was her ch.ss w'ho won the attendance banner with twenty-four parents. The school's glee club sang three spirituals as a part of the pageant; "Swing Low. Sweeet Chariot:" • Nobody Knows the Trouble Tv- Seen “ and “Lift Every Voice and Sing." The pageant showed that this is not the end. but rather (he begin rung, for in spite of difficulties, the Negro of genius will continue to give, develop more and more, and give his own rich contributions to America
