College Has A New Grad Media Program DURHAM - North Carolina College recenly gained approv >l 1 y the State Department of Public Instruction and the Na tional Council for the Accredi tation of Teacher Education to offer a graduate program for the preparation of audiovisual directors. The most recently approved among several NCC education program -> authorized this year, the new program was announc ed this week b\ James E.
