The white ladies’ hand bag contained s3o—three $lO bills. * * * “GOES UPSIDE” ROBBER’S HEAD Earl Marvin Dunston, owner of Dunston’s Texaco Service Station, 312 S. East St., told two cops Sunday afternoon, he happened to be passlnglils place of business when, ‘ I came up in front and saw Charlie Jethro Jackson, 42, of 619 Church St., taking money from my cash register alxaut 4:22 p. m.” Mr. Dunston said he fought Jackson and Jackson's head struck the corner of the air condition set in the service station's office. The owner of the establishment signed a war rant, charging larceny from a business, and Jackson, sore head and all, was taken to the hospital for treatment of a gash -a the left forehead, then to Wake County Jail for incarcera tion.
