return annual income question -
aires.
The VA mails these inconn
questionaires to all pensioner ,
and to parents who recer • <l*
pendency and indemnity cor,
pensation because payments ar
based on incomes.
W. R. Phillips, Manager of
the North Carolina VA Regional
Office, said the questionaire
form will be mailed with the
November checks, normally : e
ceived in December.
The form, which hears the re
turn address, must not be muti
lated, folded or cut because it
will be processed several times
through electronic equipment.
The forms must be returned
before Jan. 31, 1967, or those
on pension rolls face the pos
sibility of having payments
stopped.
The processing centers will
be in Philadelphia, Atlanta,
Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles,
St. Paul, Seattle and Washing
ton, Phillips said he had been
advised.
