PIC Raleigh Community Officials Aid Sorority In Education Week Plans In observance of American Education week, Oct. 24-30 Up silon Chapter, lota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. presented five ra dio broadcasts on Radio Station WSHA, 88,0 FM. The general theme for this year’s obser vance was “Help Schools Bridge the Gap.” The panelists con sisted of school board members college and public school ad ministrators, community lea ders and ministers. The panel discussions began at 8 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m. calls from th community were entertained for the purpose of questions being addressed to the panelists and stating opinions. Members of Upsilon Chapter were present in the studio each night. C.: OUR TIN COMMANDMENTS I. Find yourself something to believe in--and be true to it. 11. Be fair. Yours isn’t the only bag around, and yours isn’t the only color. 111. Be free. Do what you want unless it hurts someone else. IV. Use wisely. It’s the only body you get. V. Be strong. Don’t com promise because of threats-- or promises. VI. Be peaceful. It they won’t listen to us, we've got time on them. X. Garner, bead of the department of drama at Mill brook High School recently an nounced the following cast for the upcoming production of Neil Simon’s ‘’Barefoot in the Park” Scheduled 101 production Nov. 13-21, the cast features Karen DlPietro in the leading role of Corie Dratter and Jesse Jones as iter iawver -husband, Paul. Nora Mansour plays the part of Corie’s mother, Mrs. Banks, and Mark Dubov, ski is the Brat tor’s upstairs neighbor, Victor Velasco.
