The junior choir sang the processional hymn, “God. Os Our Father,’ with Mrs. Pearl Moore at the organ. Dr, Briley offered the morn ing prayer, which wis followed by the response, “Hear our Prayer,” The junior ushers lifted the mission offering. Mr. Qunnie Woods offered a prayer, and the selection, “Blessed As surance”, was heard. The re sponsive reading selection 38 was led by Miss Roslyn Woods. Our scripture lesson was read from the book of Proverbs 22: 1-15 by Dr, Briley. The reading was followed with a prayer ren dered by Deacon Willie Leach. The choir then presented the se lection, “It Is Well With My Soul.” Rev. Ernest Cofield of fered a special prayer for the youth department. Rev. Briley was in charge of our youth per iod, which was followed with the Lord’s prayer. The spiri tual, “Yes The Lord Will Make A Way”, was led by Miss Lyn da Rogers. Deacon Nathanial Cooke was in charge of the of fertory period, and prayer. The response was, “All Things Come Os Thee O Lord.” Announcements and recog nition of visitors were made by Mrs. Mary Magnum. After this period, a presentation was made to the church by Mrs. Naomi Leak, president of the Les Brave Junior Woman’s Club, Dr, Briley then delivered an inspiring message, using as his test Proverbs 22:1-3, His sub ject was, “Watch As W’ell As Pray.” Qur church extends special prayers to our sick and shut-in, who Include: Mr. Wil liam Avery, and Rev.
