Moore at 7 a.m. Friday, that
he was driving a cab when a
Negro male flagged him down
in the 400 block of E. Davie
Street at about 6:30 a.m, Har
ris stated the man stuck a small
pistol inside the window of the
cab “and told me to give him
a cigarette and my money.”
Harris said he grabbed the wea
pon and it went off, shooting him
in the right index finger. The
would - be attacker then “split
the scene” on E. Davie,
