Attorney General William B. Saxbe said the indictment was returned in U.S. District Court in Cleveland, Ohio, against Detectives Edward C Smith, Roland A. Salcer, Joseph M Sas, Peter J Previte, and Robert 0. Krai The indictment said the five violated the constitutional right of Sherman D.
