In conjunction with the museum’s new exhibit, “Your Constitution: Private Rights and Public Freedoms,’’ several law enforcement agencies are sponsoring the free 1-5 p.m. program to offer citizens an opportunity to learn more about the federal and state laws that protect privacy and property.
