Each of the parties above
named and all other persons who

that on the 10th day of February,
1955, the above named petitioner
filed a petition in the office of
the Clerk of the Superio? Court
of Dare County, North Carolina,
to have the title to three parcels
of land therein described register
ed and confirmed pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 43 of the
General Statutes of North Caro
lina. Summons has been directed
to the Sheriffs of the respective
counties in which defendants re
side for each of the named de
fendants except Loyce Burl Til
lett and her guardian Reba Has
kett Wilson, who are nonresidents
of the State of North Carolina.
The summonses for the other
named defendants are returnable
at the office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Dare County,
North Carolina, on May 2nd, 1955.
The defendants, Loyce Burl Til
lett and Reba Haskett Wilson are
notified that* this action as to
them is returnable on the 19th day
of March, 1955, and that they .may
have ten days thereafter in which
to file such pleadings as they may
be advised.
