Page 12-THE NEWS-Deoniber, 1984 Contract Made Wor Construction (Continued from Page 1) Positive Publicity Pleases Foundation Three major features have spotlighted the work of ttie Foundation and of the Project. The first was the story in “Mecklenburg Neighbors” describing the Foundation’s ongoing efforts at being good neighbors with the people liv ing in the vicinity. The second was the half hour special on WTVI, Channel 42, which told the dream and the process of bringing it to life through the voices of many of the leaders responsible. Backed by the faces and images of the members of the Jewish com munity, this program will be seen around the nation. The third media story is a feature scheduled to appear in the Charlotte Magazine. Writ ten by Ellen Doyle, who was the producer of the WTVI presentation, the story uses much of the additional materials she learned about while doing the TV show. It is supplemented by photos from the Foundation archives. Job Opportunity Child-care worker, teacher and playmate for children ages 4 months to 2Y2 years old.
