We have some exeiting new additions to our 5th annual Mother’s Day event. Headed by eo-ehairs Karen Knoble and Karen Spiegler, this year’s Friends Run eommittee eame ready with great ideas and tons of energy. New for 2015: We added a 10k for more avid runners. * Have you always wanted to be a runner, but have not found the right group or motivation you need? Train with the J to run the K. Join the Levine Jewish Com munity Center Cardio Run Class every Tuesday at 8:15 AM with Personal Trainer and long-time runner and eoaeh Jennifer Gom- sak. * The LJCC is also having a Group Run on April 26 at 9:30 AM to get ready for the Friends Run. * Go to www.eharlottejee.org to view the training programs for the 5K and lOK. * The J will also have pre-raee stretehing at 7:45 on raee day. Plus we’ve added a Moms’ Zone. Moms are the stars in this zone, so treat her to “momosas,” massages eompliments of the JCC and Carolina Sports Clinies and more.
