The series was very successful and a good time was had by all. We enjoyed having the oppor tunity to bowl against the Enka teams and we want to express our appreciation to them for coming here to bowl with us. The fine spirit of sportsmanship displayed by the bowlers from each league is very commendable, and we hope the series can be carried on for years to come. There were eight teams competing in each of the three rounds, which were played over a three week period. In the first week our Ecusta teams won seven out of 12 games bowled and eight out of 12 games in both the second and third rounds. This made a total of 23 wins against 13 losses for the series. The Champagne Cardinals bowled the highest team set of 2533 pins for our Ecusta teams in the series; and the Outside Mechanics had a team set of 2515 pins for the highest team set among the Enka teams.
