Heller, former Technical Superintend ent of the Pisgah Forest plant, has been appointed Kern Project Manager, and is responsible for su pervising the design and construction of the cello phane manufacturing facilities at Kern. Richard V. Pierce, former Maintenance Superintendent of the Pisgah Forest plant, is Project Engineer of the Kern plant. Raymond F. Bennett, who has held the position of Manufacturing Superintendent since 1951, has been appointed Pisgah Forest Plant Manager. William F. Huffman has been relieved of the duties of Service Superintendent and has been appointed Manufacturing Superintendent; John F. Keating has been appointed Technical Superin tendent; Robert J. Korstian, Maintenance Super intendent; and William L. Hensley, Service Su perintendent. Other appointments resulting from these changes are Paul W. Schlunz, Chemical Assistance Superintendent; Howard L. Wolsted, formerly in the Research and Development Department of the Film Division, Process Control Supervisor; John B.
