Through your eyes some blind person might see. The Eye Bank for Restoring Sight has an exchange in Winston-Salem. In 1955, some fifty corneal transplants were made in North Carolina. The num ber of signed eye donations has reached a total of over 1, 100. The demand for corneal tissues is increasing. No eyes are bought or sold. No charge is made for any service of the Eye Bank.
