Frances Mullis and her husband visited in Hampton, Virginia, during the Christmas vacation. Irene Pruitt had a nice trip to visit relatives in Maryland. Bea Barnes got a new house for Christmas--and moved in during the holidays. Other gifts we heard about were a mixer for Sheila Erwin and red baby- doll pajamas and bedroom slippers for Emma Jean Cck. Ozelle Dawkins and Azzilee stayed home and enjoyed their grandchildren, during Christmas. PLANT #2: Congratulations and best wishes to Martha Simons, folder in the Finishing Department, and Jerry Sechrist who were married Decem ber 23, 1964. Welcome back to Hazel Hill who has returned from a wonderful trip to California where she visited with her daughter and her family. Hazel, also, is a folder in the Finishing De partment. Clayton Wells, a fixer in the Knit ting Department, spent his Christmas vacation in Florida. Welcome back to Pat Snow, Lelia King and Elsie Baum, all of whom have been out because of illness. Names seen on the hospital roster recently were Virginia Good and Bertha Holt, both of the Knitting De partment, and Thelma Jones, of the Finishing Department. Hope they'll soon be good as new. at his home. Everybody had a real good time and, of course, they are all wishing it will become an annual affair. ii '9^ The first shift of the Knitting De partment of Plant #4 celebrated Fore man Ralph Wilson's birthday by pre senting him with a beautiful cake on which was written "Happy Birthday, Ralph - 62. ” Ralph was 62 years old December 18 and everyone enjoyed cake and coffee while wishing him many happy returns of the day. SP/4 RobertG. Boyles, who is in the 586th Engineer ing Company at Fort Benning, Ga. , is leaving Febru ary 13 for Germany where he will spend the next 19 months. Robert is the son of Evelyn M. Sykes, boarder at Plant#4.
