David H. Waters
Memorial to Wendi Smith
Her dream was to become a nurse, but she had not enough
time to realize her goal. Her dream was to have a yearbook
to celebrate WCC's 40 years, but time and circumstances
worked against her. She wrote, "1997 was a good year for
me, and it looks as though I am going to have many more to
come." Wendi, you have realized your wish of timelessness
without pain, illness, or disappointment. We join your
family in condolence and in pride that we knew your
liveliness, joys and dreams.
Review from page 4
Hogan not only spoke
with excellent diction,
but also showed a great
emotion in his
portrayal of Sir Thomas
More, especially during
the latter scenes
surrounding his
inevitable demise.
Lomax was superb in
the supporting role of
Lady Alice More. She
seemed to feed off
Hogan's character as
they fit perfectly as a
couple.
And, of course.
Dr. Taylor could not
have played the
antagonistic role of
Thomas Cromwell, More's
most vocal opposition,
any better.
