To the teachers for help ing the journalism stu dents make up their back work after they came back from New York. To all the teachers and students for the attrac tive rooms on display at Open House, To Louise Davis for cut ting stencils for the junior play book. To the students who al ways remember their cour tesy when the school has visitors. To everybody who helped to make Open House the success it was. To Miss Oglesby for the bulletin board display in the library. To the students who were so co-operative while Mrs. Farmer and Mrs. Lassiter were away. To Mrs. Helen Murray for training those juniors vjho sang at the junior play. To everyone that helped make the junior play a success. To all persons supplying staff with news. To Mrs, Lassiter for hav ing new bathroom cleaned and waxed. In order for Bailey to get on the accredited list of those schools having elementary librar ies, Nash County is now turning an old grammar grade classroom at Bailey into an elementary library large enough to accommo date any individual class. Although elementary li brary books will be trans ferred to the new library, teachers will still be al lowed to take books out for a classroom library, EQUIPMENT Built into the new li brary is a work table,maga zine rack, shelves aroxxnd three-fourths of the walls, and a bulletin board. A lavatory will be installed. This library is situated on the south side of the building, so that there will be plenty of light supplied at all times.
