Service Emblem Used For Charm Bracelet The charm bracelet pictured above has a solid gold charm mounted with the Fieldcrest diamond-and-gold ser vice pin presented to the late J. Clyde Amos on his 45th anniversary of con tinuous service with the Company. Mr. Amos gave the charm bracelet to his daughter, Mrs. Edward E. Rickman, Sr., who said she thinks it is a “beau tiful way” to wear her father’s service emblem. She hopes to make it a fam ily heirloom. “To me, it is priceless,” she said. Mrs. Rickman, her husband, and their 15-year-old son, Edward E., Jr., live at 6921 Doummar Drive, Norfolk, Va. Her mother, Mrs. Goldie Amos, is employed in the Blanket Mill Weave Room. ■ MICHAEL E. Booth as training coordinator for the Bed spread Mill has been announced effec tive May 1. He was formerly a shift foreman in the Bedspread Weave Boom. A native of Eden, Mr. Booth joined Fieldcrest in 1968 as an overhauler in the Bedspread Mill Weave Room. He was a loom fixer from September, 1969, until February, 1970, when he entered Fieldcrest’s supervisory training pro gram. He was appointed a shift fore man in October, 1970. Im,mediately prior to his employment at the Bedspread Mill in 1968 he had completed six years in the Army, serv ing with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. Michael Lee Brown, Jr., five months old when picture was made, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mi chael Lee Brown, of Eden. Father is em ployed in the Bed spread Mill Weave Room. Michael Lee, Jr., is grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Allen. Mr. Brown is employed in the Bedspread Mill Weave Room and Mrs. Brown (Barbara) in the Blanket Warehouse Office. Mrs. Allen (Mary) works in the Bedspread Mill Inspecting Department.
