The recipient is chosen by vote of the entire league, including both the “A” and “B” divisions. Mr. Gover also won the trophy for high set, scratch, in Division “A”, with a score of 593. A loom fixer at the Draper Sheeting Mill, he is a member of the Sheeting Mill team which was winner in the “A” Division and runner-up to the Blanket Finishing Mill for the league cham pionship.
