WfmsiK0^ m :A- Washing Department Has Fine Record Employees of the Washing Depart ment at the Karastan Rug Mill have established an outstanding record by working for over 17 years without a disabling injury. The last such injury occurred June 12, 1954. In addition to their remarkable safe ty record, 100% of Washing Department employees pledged their Fair Share con tributions to the Eden United Fund. Tim is the son of Dolores Neaterour, an inventory clerk at Fieldcrest’s Los Angeles Service Center. The Christmas parade for the Draper section of Eden is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, December 4, in the business district. The parade will feature a number of floats, both professionally and locally built, a number of bands, city and coun ty officials, horses, go-carts, comics and beauty queens. One of the highlights of the parade will be the selection of a “Parade Prin cess” from the Draper section. The parade is being sponsored by the Draper Y's Men’s Club, Eden Fire Station No. 2 and Draper merchants. Dan Squires, of the Sheeting Mill Spin ning Department and a member of the Y’s Men, is heading the arrangements. Those interested in participating in the parade should contact Mr. Squires at 635-5343 or contact any of the Y’s Men or firemen from Draper. Mr. Squires said that this parade promises to be the biggest and best ever held in the Draper section. Shannon Lee Howell Laura Sue Aheron Laura Sue Aheron celebrated her sixth birthday November 1. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Aheron. Mrs. Aheron (Ann) is em ployed in the Engin eering Department. Grandparents are Mrs. Dan Aheron and Mr. and Mrs. W. J. McCollum of Eden. m Shannon Lee Howell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Howell, will celebrate his second birthday No vember 14. Mrs. Howell (Susan) is employed in the Bed spread Finishing of fice. Shannon Lee’s grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dewey De hart and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Howell.
