They are seniors Neil Tilghman of .Cove City, Janet Marie Joyner of Rocky Mount and Lloyd Gardner of Williamston, and junior Joetta Maria Moore of High Point. The awards are made from a gift presented to ECU by the Gravely Foundation of Rocky Mount and cover the cost of a semester’s tuition at ECU. Tilgham, who is majoring in political science with a minor concentration in history, is a graduate of West Craven High School and Mount Olive College. During his studies at ECU, he has participated in the political science honors program and is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha honor society. Upon graduation, Tilghman plans to study law. Lock, Stock, and Lipstick is a three act comedy written by John Henderson. The play takes place in the Guidance office at Pembroke High School. It presents high school student as they really are, with their never-ending stream of problems. Any resemblance to actual counselors, janitors, pupils, parents,- teachers or principals is an unintentional coincidence.
